These Terms of use (“Terms”) govern access to the ArcLogic software and related services (collectively, the Product) offered by or on behalf of Arcbound Logic in connection with the α Stack. By accessing or using the Product you agree to these Terms, together with any terms required by the identity, hosting, payments, and market data providers you or we enable in connection with your account.
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information, safeguarding credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. We may refuse service, close accounts, or suspend access where we reasonably believe there is a security, abuse, or compliance problem.
The Product is a software and analytics tool. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary to you. Nothing in the Product, documentation, or communications constitutes an offer, solicitation, or personalized recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or other financial instrument, or a recommendation to use any specific broker, venue, or tax strategy. You are solely responsible for your investment, tax, and legal decisions, and for verifying any data against your platform-of-record, custodian, or regulatory filings.
Models, visualizations, third-party data feeds, and “greek” or P/L views may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Simulations, Monte Carlo runs, and stress outputs are hypothetical and for educational or analytical use. Past and simulated results do not predict future market behavior or your realized outcomes.
You will not: (a) attempt to break authentication, scrape or abuse APIs outside documented use, (b) use the Product in violation of market rules or your agreements with your broker, (c) upload unlawful content, or (d) reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits in order to access non-public systems or other users’ data. We may use rate limits, logging, and third-party services to protect reliability and security.
We may add, change, or discontinue features, performance characteristics, and integrations as the Product evolves. Some features may be labeled or deployed as beta or preview and should not be your sole basis for material decisions. The Product is provided on an as is and as available basis; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You should work with qualified counsel to add governing law, forum selection, an arbitration or litigation clause, limitation of liability, and warranty disclaimers appropriate for your business and jurisdictions before commercial launch.
